RETURN POLICY

ONLINE RETURNS

Purchases made online have a 14-day return period from the delivery date. Items must be unused and unworn in resalable condition with all original packaging intact, price tags attached and with the original invoice or receipt.

  • 0-14 days from delivery date: Refunds are provided in the form of an e-gift card.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Once your return is delivered, allow 24-28 hours for inspection.

  • After inspection, allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed.

  • All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Select items (identified on product pages) are final sale and non-refundable.

 

IN-STORE RETURNS

In store purchases have a 14-day return period from the purchase date. Items must be unused and unworn in resalable condition with all original packaging intact, price tags attached and with the original invoice or receipt.

  • 0-14 days from purchase date: Refunds are provided in the form of a store credit. 

  • All sale items are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Select items (sale and accessories) are final sale and non-refundable.

Just locate our store, bring us your item(s), and have either your receipt or order number ready. 

START YOUR RETURN 

You can choose your preferred carrier to send your items back. Be aware that you’ll need to cover any shipping costs. To start your return:

1. Visit our returns portal and enter your order number and email address, then select “Find My Order”. Your order number can be found in any of the order emails you received.

2. Select the items to return and provide the return reason.

3. Submit your return request. Once approved, you will receive a return shipping label. 

4. Send your items back by taking your return to the specified carrier. Please package your return securely (if possible, use the original packaging) and remove or cover any previous shipping labels and barcodes to avoid shipping delays.

If requiring additional communication for your return or exchange (i.e. received wrong item) please also email us directly at support@houseofpremier.com.

  • Returns will start being processed once the item arrives to House of Premier's Return Department. Available inventory for exchanges will be reviewed upon package receipt date.

  • If using House of Premier’s shipping label, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. You may also mail returns using any other trackable method at your expense.

  • House of Premier is not able to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. Any canceled orders requested by the customer must be processed as a return, per our return policy.
